Playwyre operates as an online retail platform that sells products directly and/or fulfills orders through third-party suppliers and logistics partners (a “dropshipping” model), in addition to holding limited stock of certain items. Product images, descriptions, and specifications are sourced in good faith from manufacturers/suppliers and are intended to be accurate, but minor variations in packaging, color, or specification may occur.

3. Account Registration

  • You may be required to create an account to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Playwyre reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Products, Pricing, and Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

  • We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials; these are handled directly by the payment gateway in accordance with applicable RBI guidelines and PCI-DSS standards.

7. Shipping and Delivery
